Prometheus defeated Kolossos in overtime and “marks” the qualifying final with AEK

Kolossos (8-13) came back from -20 against Prometheus (13-8) but failed to complete the upset against Patrinas, who prevailed 84-79 and now turn to the “final” with AEK for qualification to the quarterfinals of the BCL.

Prometheus saw the struggling Colossus of Rhodes come back from -20 down to take a 9-point lead with 4:19 left in regulation when Andrew Goudlock made it 61-70. After all, Cameron Reynolds’ big shot and Koloveros’ foul on Koniaris Patrinos gave the opportunity to send the game to overtime.

In the extra five minutes, Colossus lost Brajkovic, who went out with a blow to the ribs by Cowan and Reynolds scored from 6m.75 to 82-78. Prometheus again gained the upper hand in the match and finally achieved victory with 84-79.
